WHEREAS, As a subscriber or trial user, "Trial User/Subscriber" will furnish Cypress Capitol Management hereby referred to as DBA, RemanResource.com certain confidential information relating to customer or client data for the purposes of using the EasyOrder Online Ordering System.
WHEREAS, RemanResource.com agrees to use such confidential information only for the purposes of servicing the "Trial User/Subscriber", and to otherwise hold such information confidential pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Subscription rates are a flat fee of $99/mo for EasyOrder Basic and $99/mo for EasyOrder Pro and are automatically billed each month and charges will show as RemanResource.com. The 30 day trial is risk free and you can call our representatives at any time and cancel your trial and your credit card will not be billed.
Subscriptions are month to month and can be canceled at any time.
Subscription rates may be subject to change. While subscription rates are not something we intend to change, RemanResource.com holds the right to adjust pricing as needed to encompass development costs or ongoing maintenance fees.
BE IT KNOWN, that Your Company has or shall furnish to RemanResource.com certain confidential information and may further allow RemanResource.com the right to discuss or interview representatives of your company on the following conditions:
RemanResource.com agrees to hold confidential or proprietary information or trade and client data ("confidential information") in trust and confidence and agrees only access to your subscriber account for upkeep maintenance or troubleshooting related purposes.
All site information and intellectual property will be hosted under RemanResource.com / www.cartridgeorder.com and not live on any other server. You customers will see the web address www.cartridgeorder.com and not see any RemanResource.com or EasyOrder information on their web order forms.
The Refilling Station or RemanResource.com will not compete or do business with any client of Your Company Client Confidential information shall not be disclosed to anyone, consultant or third party. At no time can RemanResource.com approach a client of Your Company and offer product at a discounted rate or on the side.
By agreeing to this policy you are agreeing to becoming a trial user and of EasyOrder. By doing this you are automatically agreeing to keep our intellectual property private and to not share any information about our online application to any other persons or internal company affiliations.
Also by agreeing to this online agreement you agree with our Non Compete clause (3.1 - 3.3) confirming that you are NOT part of in any actions regarding advising, beta testing, alpha testing, designing, programming or building any type or form of cartridge or supply/e-commerce site/online application or ordering system to be given or sold to franchisees, licensees or individual users publicly or privately.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract or the breech thereof, either directly or indirectly, which cannot be settled by the parties hereto, shall be finally decided by a court located in Travis County, Texas. The parties hereto agree that this contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive and procedural law of Texas.
RemanResource or Cypress Capitol Management is not responsible for any loss due to inaccuracies in our database. Our database is maintained daily but will have human error from time to time. If our database is in error please notify us and we will fix it promptly.
